Chef Doeurt ('DD' to friends) is a graduate of the Paul Dubrule Restaurant School. His expertise is both in Cambodian and Western cuisine. He is joined by Samphors, Sokhun, Sophuan and Chanthy (not pictured).
All of Abacus' kitchen staff come from Salabai Hotel School. Abacus takes pride in collaborating with local nonprofit organisations.
